Privacy Policy
1) What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Bitcoin Mining Cloud BTC Miner (the “App”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information. The App is provided free and intended for use as-is. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
2) Information we collect
a) Automatically collected
- Device identifiers (for example Android Advertising ID), IP address, app/OS version, device model.
- App events (screens viewed, session length), crash logs, performance metrics.
- Ad events (requests, impressions, clicks). We do not collect precise (GPS-level) location.
- Push notification token (we do not read your contacts or SMS).
b) Information you provide (optional)
- Account or profile information you choose to share (for example name, email, username).
- During login, we may collect your email address, display name (username), profile photo associated with your login account (such as Google Sign-In), and a unique UUID (user ID) to identify your account securely.
- Support or feedback messages and any contact information you send when you reach out to us.
- In some regions or at certain eligibility levels, the App may offer simulated withdrawal or reward redemption features. To support this, you may optionally enter a cryptocurrency wallet address (for example an ETH wallet address) and/or a recipient name so that the App can display a simulated withdrawal request or status. This wallet address is used only inside the App experience and is not used to send real cryptocurrency.
- If you make an in-app purchase (for example an ad-free mining plan or speed boost plan), payment is processed by the store provider (such as Google Play). We receive limited purchase information (for example product ID, purchase token, purchase status) but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Security note: We never ask you for wallet private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, 2FA codes, or other sensitive crypto login information. Please do not enter such information anywhere in the App.
No precise location: We do not collect or store any precise (GPS-level) location data.
3) Why we process this information
- Provide and operate the App (core gameplay, simulated mining, virtual rewards, leaderboards, account management).
- Improve and fix performance (analytics, crash diagnostics, feature usage statistics).
- Ads and monetization: show ads, frequency capping, fight invalid traffic and fraud, and understand which ad formats work best.
- Optional in-app purchases (IAP): to manage your purchases such as ad-free plans and simulated mining speed boosts. We use purchase status so we can enable or disable ads and features according to the plan you bought.
- Simulated withdrawals (if available): wallet address and recipient name you provide are used purely to simulate a withdrawal within the App and to show virtual transaction status. No real crypto moves on the blockchain.
- Communications: send service messages such as security alerts, feature updates, or support responses (and optional marketing where permitted by law).
- Security and compliance: protect users and the service from abuse, fraud, cheating and unauthorized access, and respond to valid legal requests.
4) Legal bases (GDPR/EEA where applicable)
- Performance of a contract: to run the App you installed and provide requested features.
- Legitimate interests: analytics, fraud prevention, service security, and limited non-personalized advertising.
- Consent: personalized ads and certain notifications where law requires consent (you can withdraw consent any time in-app or in device settings).
5) Third-party SDKs and their policies
We use third-party SDKs that process limited data to deliver analytics, ads, notifications and to secure the service. These providers have their own privacy policies:
Google Play Services • AdMob • Firebase Analytics • Firebase Crashlytics • Facebook / Meta • Unity Ads • OneSignal • AppLovin • ironSource
Depending on your region and device settings, some SDKs may be disabled or configured to show only non-personalized ads.
6) Ads, analytics and your choices
- Ad personalization: Where allowed, advertising partners may use your Advertising ID and app usage to show more relevant ads.
- Opt-out / reset Ad ID: You can reset or limit use of your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy / Google → Ads.
- Consent controls: If a consent dialog is shown, you can accept or decline personalized ads. You can change your decision later via in-app consent or device settings where available.
- Analytics: We use aggregated and anonymized analytics to understand crashes, stability and general feature usage; this is not used to show you financial or investment advice.
7) Permissions we may request
POST_NOTIFICATIONS(Android 13+): used to send optional push notifications about in-game events, rewards or updates. You can decline this permission and still use the App.
We do not request access to your contacts, SMS, microphone, camera, or precise location for this App.
8) Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us at Drinvest.official@gmail.com and we will delete it.
9) Data retention and deletion
- We keep user-provided data only as long as necessary to operate the App and for legitimate business needs, then delete or de-identify it.
- You can request account/data deletion by emailing Drinvest.official@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
- Crash and analytics logs follow each SDK provider’s standard retention windows.
10) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We will never ask you for your wallet seed phrase, private key or one-time passwords inside the App. If you ever see such a request claiming to be from us, please ignore it and contact us immediately.
11) International transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. We apply measures required by applicable law to protect data during such transfers.
12) Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict the use of your data, and to data portability.
- EU / EEA (GDPR): Rights of access, erasure and rectification; to restrict or object to processing; and to withdraw consent (without affecting prior lawful processing).
- California (CCPA/CPRA): Rights to request disclosure and deletion of certain data, and to opt-out of certain “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (use device ad settings and any in-app consent tools).
- India (DPDP) and similar laws: Rights to correction, completion, erasure and withdrawal of consent where applicable.

13) In-app purchases, ad-free plans and “More apps” section
The App may, at certain times or for eligible users, offer optional in-app purchases such as ad-free mining plans and simulated mining speed boosts. These features may not always be available to every user and may change or be removed over time.
- Payment handling: Purchases are processed by the app store provider (for example Google Play). We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, along with a purchase token and product ID, so we can unlock the corresponding plan. We do not store your full payment card or bank details.
- Third-party ad removal: When an ad-free plan is active, we will disable showing ads from our integrated third-party ad networks (for example Google AdMob, AppLovin, ironSource, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network and similar partners) within eligible in-app placements for the duration of the plan.
- Internal promotions: Certain non-third-party placements inside the App (for example a “More apps for you” section that simply promotes our own or partner apps via static cards) may still be shown even when an ad-free plan is active, because these are considered cross-promotion rather than third-party advertising.
- Plan status: We store your ad-free plan status and expiry time so that we can correctly enable or disable ads and boosts according to the plan you purchased.
14) Financial and gameplay disclaimer
- The App is a simulation / game for entertainment and educational purposes only.
- No real mining, staking, or earning of cryptocurrency occurs inside the App.
- Any display of “withdrawal”, “wallet address”, “payout” or similar wording is part of the simulation experience. Entering a wallet address allows the App to show virtual withdrawal screens; no real cryptocurrency is transferred to or from that address.
- We are not a broker, exchange, financial advisor or wallet provider, and the App does not provide investment advice.
- In-game items, tokens, balances, boosts or plans have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for real money, real crypto or other assets.
Game-only disclaimer: This App is a simulation game. It does not perform real cryptocurrency mining, does not request or store wallet seed phrases or private keys, and does not enable deposits or withdrawals of real Ethereum, USDT or any other currency. In-game tokens and balances are virtual only, have no real-world value, and cannot be redeemed for real money or real crypto.
15) Opt-out and uninstall
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App from your device. You can also limit analytics and advertising data as described in the sections above or via your device settings.
16) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post updates in-app or on this page and update the “Effective” date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
